All our items are sent Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for larger items. Orders over £100 are trackable through Royal Mail . Please allow 24 -48 hours for delivery within in the UK. If we’re posting your item(s) to Europe, please allow 5 to 7 working days. For all other orders, please allow up to 10 working days.

We make every effort to ensure your item is delivered with care and is wrapped accordingly when despatched to you. However, should you wish to return your item, please follow the below procedures:
Return to store
For an immediate refund, you can return the item directly to us. We will then be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
Return by post
Please call us as soon as possible so we can record that you wish to return the product. We will then ask you to post the item in the original packaging, upon receipt of the item, a refund will be returned to the account the original payment came from. We do not refund return postage costs.
We will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a damaged or faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received on the following conditions:
It is returned in the original packaging and it must also have all its tags still attached. The fault is reported to us within 3 days of receiving your item. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If you change your mind you may return any product to us, unopened and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.
Please include a copy of the delivery note, the reason the product has been returned and indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (excluding your original delivery charge) or an exchange.
